Is Dr. Phil Addicted to Fame?

It seems like Dr. Phil might want to lie on the couch for a while and reflect on his eagerness to gain ratings for his popular TV show. It appears as though boundaries were crossed when members of his production team posted bail for a teenager who was seen on U-Tube in a brutal physical brawl with another teenager. Dr.Phil hoped to have the teenager assailant on his show, so they posted the $33,000.00 bail in order for her and her group/family to appear on his show. Many say he has crossed the ethics line this time if he didn't before. A few months ago he visited with Britney Spears in her Los Angeles hospital room, again with the hopes of having her on his show. At the time I was happy somebody was trying to help the poor girl, but with his latest actions, I am now not so sure that Dr. Phil had the right intentions then.
It seems fame has gotten to his head and he would do anything for ratings. Dr. Phil needs to take the time and pause for a minute and try to remember he is a Doctor and his priority should be to help others. I am sure those were his initial intentions, but they are now slowly being overshadowed by his greed for more fame and high TV ratings.
