The surprise in your response, gives credence to my point. Because so much attention has been placed on racial descrimination, we are not aware of other forms of discrimation that surrounds us. Being judge based on your sex, is just as bad as being judged based on your skin color or background. Think of these scenarios - you were refused a job because you have small children and it is assumed by your interviewer that you will be out often. You were refused a job because you have a strong urban accent and you wear braids and your interviewer assume you will turn away clients. Won't you feel equally as angry if you knew you were refused the job for either of these reasons?
You mention mean blogs about the color of your skin. The same hateful blogs were aimed at Senator Clinton - comments like you should go home and iron your husband's shirt and much worse. The bottm line is you can't change your skin color and you can't change your sex and to be judge solely on either is very sad.
However, you gave emphasis to my point because apparently you could accept being belittled as a woman more readily than for being black, because you said the two cannot be compared. I hope thats not the case.

How you could possibly compare sexists to racists is beyond me. The horrible
statements on blogs etc concerning a persons skin color are outrageous.
I am totally for womens rights and have supported it all my life. I was initially for Hillary and thrilled that she was running for president. But when she and Bill resorted to the anything to win tactics was very disappointed.
It was not gender that turned people against her, it was her handling of her negative campaign.

I told my kids they will not attend prom or any celebratons associated with it because I am disgusted with how prom has become more important than marriage. This is one of the ways the devil distroys our society.

So all of the local TV and Radio stations are out to get Mr. Salesman. They have all conspired against him and reported falesly on him. Highly unlikely. The police report on the incident is public record for anyone to access. If there is more to the story, than the media is reporting then you should share with the public, since you so ardently defend Mr. Salesman. I am sure he has many contacts in the media. If he has something to add to the story all he has to do is call them up and say what he has to say. If all of these stations are wrong, go ahead and inform the public about what is hidden.
